Taco Bongo is a fast food franchise in the tri-state area. It is the rival corporation for the Mr. Slushy Franchise. It was founded by a mysterious businessman referred to as "El Presidante". It is known for selling tacos, burritos, nachos, taquitos, and chalupas, and other mexican-based foods that are generally tastier and somewhat healthier than Mr. Slushy foods. The Mascot for Taco Bongo is a talking gecko known as Señor Gecko, who is a gecko with a moustache and a Sombrero and a spanish accent. He appears in all the advertisements on TV.
Many characters seem to enjoy their food on the show, especially Dirty Matt and Connor McScap. Connor and Matt often have Connor's brother, Don bring in orders for them during visiting hours in prison. In Taco Bongo Fiasco, Connor and Matt break out of prison just to get a new chalupa from Taco Bongo. However, because they have no money, they agree to work for the manager (at first with Matt as a frycook because of his skill with a knife and Connor as the health informatic because of his experience as a doctor), and end up in a "battle" for the food court with the Mr. Slushy Dawg establishment in the court.
