Short Summary[]
While on a trip to Paris, Irving decides to something amazing like the boys do, but Albert doesn't believe he can do a big project like Phineas and Ferb, so he bets that he can't do it. If he can't, then he has to give up his obsession with the boys Forever. Meanwhile, Rodney and his friend Dr Bloodpudding, are in Tokyo about to the most evil thing they have ever done. Can Larry stop them?
