Phineas and Ferb: Summer Belongs to You! (project named Project Oscar) is an Upcoming attraction of Universal Studios Florida, replace Norman McLaren: the Art of Making Movies. based on 1 Hour Special of the same name.

The ride will be a motion simulator and it will employ the use of High-definition 3-D Infitec projection systems, and will feature multiple characters from the film. The attraction will be located in Soundstage 42 in the Production Central area of Universal Studios Florida, which housed Roger Rabbit's Toontown Tour from June 7, 1990 until October 20, 2002, and has housed Norman McLaren: the Art of Making Movies since April 11, 2003 and until it's expected closing on August 18, 2011.

In March 14, 2011, Norman McLaren: the Art of Making Movies began operating in a seasonal schedule on April 1, 2011, with the ride's official closure date set for August 18, 2011.

In March 23, 2011, announced Project Oscar.

In May 19, 2011, announced that Norman McLaren: the Art of Making Movies will be replaced by a Phineas and Ferb attraction named Phineas and Ferb: Summer Belongs to You!

In July 2011, to celebrate the Announcement of Phineas and Ferb attraction, Phineas and Ferb's Rockin' Rollin' Dance Party. Located in Universal Studios Florida, the show will stop in front of Norman McLaren: the Art of Making Movies (Future home of Phineas and Ferb: Summer Belongs to You! ride)

In June 2014, the ride closed on the first day of Summer and was replaced by Elmo's World: the Drawing Ride Adventure.
