Candace Flynn was an high strung teenage girl having to deal with mean girl, Mindy, cute boy Jeremy and annoying brother Phineas. But when she rescues a magical butterfly from being eaten by a frog, she discovers she has the ability to grow butterfly-like wings and glide throught the sky. She uses these powers to become the super-heroine, Madame-Monarch. However Dr. Heinz Doofensmirtz AKA the White Dwarf plans to release a gas into the city, that will change the citizens into his own image, can Madame-Monarch stop him.

Candace Flynn/Madame-Monarch- The main protagonist. An ordinary teenage girl who is given retractable butterfly wings when she rescues a magic butterfly from a frog. As Candace is easily stressed out both as herself and as Madame Monarch, and usually triumphs out of luck. She is usually a glory hog, but has a good heart when it comes to friends and family.
Stacy Hirano- Candace's best friend who is the first to discover Candace's powers. She always tries to help out Candace, but usually makes everything worse.
Jeremy Johnson- Candace's crush, he loves Madame Monarch, but only considers Candace as a friend.
Mindy- Candace's school rival, she frequently humiliates Candace, but ironically admires Madame Monarch.
Phineas Flynn- Candace's brother, he accidentally discovers Candace's secret identity, and has ever since tried to act as a sidekick, although Candace is annoyed by him.
Linda Flynn- Candace's mother, her motherly instincts sometimes embarass Candace.
Heinz Doofensmirtz/White Dwarf- The main antagonist. The former owner and founder of Doofensmirtz Incorperated, he tried to make a gas to create to the ultimate soldier, however when he tested on himself it gave him small stature and pale skin, followed by his company's shut down. He tries to seek revenge by recreating the gas and using it on the city. �
