Phineas and Isabella's daughter who resembles Isabella with red hair. Her dress is green, and the undershirt is blue. She also wears a red belt on the dress.
In "Amanda's Videogame Adventure", she and two of Xavier's friends Buffo and Sanjhai sing the song "Let's Go Digital", which coincidentally was sung previously by Kelly's mom (Isabella), Buffo's dad (Buford), and Sanjhai's dad (Baljeet) 20 years ago.
