Concept and Creation

This is an alternate universe of what would happen if Isabella worked at the O.W.C.A and became an agent who worked alongside Perry to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

Appearance

Isabella, in her secret agent form, would look almost the same as her normal form. She would wear her usually pink jumper over her white t-shirt as a her attire, except the only difference would be that she would also wear a large, brown fedora with a black, signature, matching bow on it.

Personality

Isabella (Secret Agent) would have also have the same personality as her original counterpart when she isn't in her secret agent status. She is cheerful, fearless, sweet, quick-thinking, optimistic, and easy to get along with.

She's also very sympathetic, both in her normal and secret agent form. This is shown through the way she comforts Dr. Doofenshmirtz due to his tragic backstories, though like Perry/Agent P, she still thinks that his evil plans need to be stopped. She's also a capable and level-headed leader like her original counterpart, though she is willing to take orders from either Phineas, Perry, and Major Monogram.

Although she is a sweet girl, she isn't perfect, as she can get angry when someone who's not Phineas uses her catchphrase, "What'cha doin?", like her original counterpart. She also hates being manipulated or when her friends and others get hurt or are in danger, as well as hates not being a subject of attention. She can also be very full of herself at times.

When she's in her secret agent status, however, She would still keep most of her personality, but also have a more serious, tough, no-nosense, side to her that's similar to Perry during his own secret agent status.

Abilities and Equipment

Due to her acquired training in the O.W.C.A, Isabella (Secret Agent) has above normal strength, speed, agility, stamina, accuracy, and reflexes, making her skills nearly on par with Perry/Agent P's. She is also able to use her cuteness and kindness to pacify others, though only when needed.

She’s also capable of using Perry's tools and state-of-the-art, O.W.C.A. technology, such as his grappling hook to reach up to the top of Doofenshmirtz's Evil Incorporated, before getting a grappling hook, and other tools, of her own.

Like her original counterpart, Isabella is very good at playing a guitar.

Just like Perry, after earning her O.W.C.A training, Isabella is a great master of stealth, disguise, and espionage.

Relationships

Perry the Platypus/Agent P

Before she became part of the agency, Isabella (Secret Agent) treated Perry the same way her original counterpart would. She found him very cute and, like Phineas and Ferb, would wonder where he is whenever he disappears. Until she spotted him entering his secret agent lair and decided to see what was going on by following him. She was then found out by Carl and almost had her memories erased. After

Ever since being assigned to Dr. Doofenshmirtz at the O.W.C.A, Isabella has been Perry's partner. At first, Perry found her unneeded since he usually prefers to work alone and can usually handle Dr. Doofenshmirtz on his own, but after feeling guilty for offending her, he reluctantly allows her to join him. After proving herself that she can do the job with him during her first mission, he became very impressed and started to get used to her being his partner.

Isabella did find Perry's serious, no-nonsense, focused attitude, lack of vanity, and need to work alone to be really cool, if a bit weird and rude, but insisted that he'd let her join because she wants to prove to him that she's more than capable of helping him. After she did prove herself to him, she becomes his partner and good friend.

While Perry would usually use actions and fighting to get the job done, Isabella is willing to do the same, but also use her kindness and compassion when needed. She also tries to teach Perry/Agent P that teamwork can make a job a lot easier and that it’s okay to work with others to help you when needed, but finds that she can’t force him to change his way of thinking about working alone.

After gradually getting used to Isabella as his partner, Agent P/Perry is willing to work alongside her and even allowing her to take charge at times during their missions. He also supports her secret crush on Phineas and offers to help her with it and keep it a secret for her, despite not being interested in having a relationship himself due to being married to his job, which Isabella also finds to be weird. She’s even learned to adopt his more serious, no-nonsense behavior overtime.

However, while they do share a mutual respect and partnership with one another, there’s still a bit of friction between them due to their differences. Perry is much more reserved, indignant, and rarely smiles due to his usually serious and focused nature. Isabella (Secret Agent), on the other hand, is more emotional, open, and usually passionate despite being serious and focused as well.

But despite their differences, there are some things that they both have in common. They’re both highly skilled, resourceful, and physically capable in a fight. They’re both very focused and determined when going on missions and are very devoted in protecting both the ones they care about and others, especially the Flynn-Fletchers (Phineas especially on Isabella's part). They also find Doofenshmirtz' goofiness and incompetent nature to be a bit grating, but also share an slightly equal amount of sympathy and compassion for him due to his tragic past when needed despite wanting to stop his evil plans, with Isabella's being bigger.

Isabella is willing to keep Perry’s secret agent status a secret from the Flynn-Fletchers and their other friends after learning that he'll get relocated and sent to a new host family forever if they found out. She’s also willing to keep her own agent status a secret for her partner's sake out of genuine care for both him and the Flynn-Fletchers (especially Phineas).

Heinz Doofenshmirtz

When Isabella first met Dr. Doofenshmirtz, she thought that he was just an evil scientist who needed to be stopped, but after hearing about his tragic childhood and constant emotional trauma and pain, she started to feel sympathy towards him and even helps Perry comfort him during his time of need. Despite that, she’s still willing to stop him from taking over the Tri-State Area.

Like Perry, she does find his goofiness, monologues, and clear incompetence to be a bit annoying and grating, as well as his near inability to distinguish Agent P from an ordinary platypus without his hat, but sees that that’s just part of his nature and tries not to let it bother her too much.

When she isn’t fighting him with Perry or stopping his evil plans, Doofenshmirtz does act genuinely civil and friendly towards her in the same way he is to Agent P and treats both of them like friendly enemies instead of just Perry/Agent P. Because of this, Isabella wonders to herself if he’s really evil or just someone who’s pretending to be evil because of his extremely past trauma and pain.

Major Monogram

When first meeting Major Monogram and finding out that he’s Perry's boss and superior for the O.W.C.A., she did find it a bit weird, along with the rest of Agent P's secret agent life. She does want to take charge of the missions since she’s a natural leader, but reluctantly agrees to work alongside Perry as equals after the Major insists.

Despite not being an animal,

After realizing that Perry will be relocated to a new host family forever if his cover is ever blown, Isabella is at first indignant about this. But after realizing that it’s a major part of the rules for the agency in order to keep the civilians of Danville safe and the agency a secret, she understands.

Despite being a natural leader, she does reluctantly follow Major Monogram's orders as a secret agent along with Perry. She also finds his occasional goofing around to be annoying, but overtime, she does learn to respect him and treat him as her actual leader.

Carl

While they aren’t seen interacting with each other that much, Isabella and Carl do seem to be on good-terms with one another. After showing her all of O.W.C.A.'s state-of-the-art technology and gadgetry, she became quite fascinated by it, thinking that it’s almost as good as Phineas and Ferb's technology. Though, she does apologize when she accidentally upsets him.

Vanessa Doofenshmirtz

After first meeting her and getting to know each other, both Isabella (Secret Agent) and Vanessa form a friendly and civil bond and get along very well.

Norm

Despite not really interacting with each other that much, Isabella (Secret Agent) does show sympathy towards Norm in a similar way that she does towards Doofenshmirtz when she finds out that just like his boss, all he wanted was to make his creator proud of him, in a way where Doofenshmirtz wants his parents to be proud of him and love him.

Phineas Flynn

Just like her original counterpart, Isabella has a massive, secret crush on Phineas that she’s afraid to tell him.

She's especially willing to keep both hers and Agent P's secret agent statuses a secret from him since she doesn’t want him to be upset that Perry will be relocated if he or the others find out about their statuses.

Ferb Fletcher

Just like her original counterpart, both Isabella (Secret Agent) and Ferb are good friends with one another.

Rodney

While her interactions with Doofenshmirtz are similar to Perry’s, except only slightly nicer, her interactions with Doofenshmirtz’s rival, Rodney, is filled with a lot of contempt after hearing about his heinous actions in Phineas and Ferb Save Summer and being manipulated by him.

Being told that he is worse and way more evil than Doofenshmirtz, Isabella (Secret Agent) at first tries to see why he became this way and if there’s anything redeemable about him like Doofenshmirtz, but after some tries and fails, as well as being ultimately manipulated by him, she concludes that he’s nearly beyond redemption and must be stopped and sent to custody after he escapes from O.W.C.A. prison.

Another reason why she now views him as worse than Doofenshmirtz is because she realized that his sadistic actions towards the planet Earth could’ve endangered both her friends and everyone else's lives, including Phineas'. Something that even Doofenshmirtz is against due to thinking that taking over the world, especially that way, is more wrong than just taking over the Tri-State Area. This horrifies her and sets her off to the point where even Perry and Doofensmirtz were a bit unnerved by it, thus furthering this view of Rodney.

At first, Rodney viewed her as slightly inferior due to her not being an official O.W.C.A. agent, but soon realizes that she more than capable of taking him down along with Perry after she realizes that he’s been manipulating him.

Isabella (Secret Agent) also looks at his request to be addressed by his complicated, full name with the same deadpan annoyance as Doofenshmritz.
