Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella has transform into a meerkats as they get hit by Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Is up to Timon and Pumbaa can turn them back to normal.

Phineas and Ferb is going to build the drill until Isabella and the Fireside Girls came in to help them so they can earn their patch.
Meanwhile Perry has to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz for turning human into animals called the Transform-Inator. He was about to select which animals shall he pick, but he's been punch by Perry and he already select the animals and push the button. Perry was too late.
Before they head into the drill, the laser has beam them and transform them into animals. Timon and Pumbaa came up to check them, but they look and saw Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella became meerkats. They've been shocked that something really happen to them and they feared when Candace finds out for they did, she's gonna show her mom to them and they could get trouble. They have to hurry before time runs out.
