Holly is a member of Fireside Girls Troop 46231.
Physical Appearance[]
Holly is a short, dark-skinned girl with jet-black hair in two puffy pigtails tied with yellow hairbands and brown eyes. Her Fireside Girl uniform has a red collar with a dent in the middle and two small splits at the sides of her sleeves, with sneakers with a strap going all the way across. In some appearances, Holly has two small buck teeth. However, in other appearances, the teeth are not visible.

She is ranked at "Ensign" and is a member of the engineering crew aboard the USS Phineas PF-01, along with the rest of the Fireside Girls.

She goes on adventures on the holodeck that Phineas and Ferb make, along with the rest of the Fireside Girls.
The Terran Empire[]
She returns as a member of the engineering/medical team aboard the USS Phineas, along with the rest of the Fireside Girls.
A New Star is Born[]
She returns as a member of the engineering/medical team aboard the USS Phineas, along with the rest of the Fireside Girls. She also helps take Isabella down to sickbay when she suffers burn wounds from an explosion during a space battle.
Ad Astra 1: Encounter at Alpha Centauri[]
On Phineas and Isabella's wedding anniversary in 2030, she joins the crew on a brief exploration mission to Alpha Centauri B; by this time, she is the Chief Medical Officer aboard the USS Phineas-A and ranked at Lt. Commander.
Ad Astra 4: Sacrifice of the Angels[]
She resumes her position as the Chief Medical Officer of the Phineas-A; she tries to stop Ferb from entering the main reactor chamber before being knocked out by his shoulder nerve pinch. Ferb successfully sacrifices himself anyway and saves the ship at the cost of his life.
Ad Astra 5: The Fight for Ferb[]
She resumes her role and aids in Ferb's revival.
