Fredrick "Freddy" Flynn is the twin brother of Emmanuel and younger brother of Lizzy, as well as Phineas and Isabella's son.

Appearance[]
Freddy looks the most like his mother, but acts similarly to his stepuncle, Ferb. He has long, black hair and usually wears a yellow polo, green shorts, toothpaste-blue flip-flops and a large white hardhat.

Emmanuel[]
Emmanuel is Freddy's brother. Even though Freddy doesn't talk much, Emmanuel can always tell what he means.
Isabella[]
Isabella is Freddy's mom. Isabella does not approve of Emmanuel and Freddy acting like their dad, but they ignore her warnings and do it anyway.
Lizzy[]
Eliza "Lizzy" Flynn is Freddy's older sister. Freddy doesn't realize that Lizzy dislikes their Big Ideas and ignores her busting urge.

- In Emmanuel and Freddy, Freddy's role is Ferb's, but Freddy is younger.
