Agent L, Coyoteas and Cerb. Agent B. Agent T: fill in if you want to). Helping him transmit the messages is his intern, Carl.

Tri-State Area Awards 2012
He is the host.
Monogram's Kokoro Kiseki
He is the main character, the scientist who created the robot Carl while dying of cancer.
Phineas and Ferb (film)
Major Monogram is a main character in this musically Summer-filled adventure when he, Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Perry, and Dr. Doofenshmirtz are teleported to somewhere very distant and must find their way back to Danville.
In the movie, Major Monogram was the leader of the gang and was practically serious and concerned for getting everyone home. He assumed the role of a "grumpy driver" as he was also somewhat more grumpy than he would usually be, eats a lot when he's hungry, and naps a lot when he finds the opportunity to sleep.
He is the most flexible and acrobatic person in the entire film, with Perry following close in second.
