Equestrialand is a theme park themed after My Little Pony, originally built by Mark, but Adam got the park licensed by Hasbro & re-modeled it. It made it's debut in "Phineas & Ferb Meets My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". The theme park itself contains a portal to the Ponyville right near the entrance, which was accidentally discovered by Adam. Unfortunately, the theme park was closed by Mark & Lois in "Friendship is Closed".
