Dr.Felicia Cyrus (née Suzuki) is Juliana and Evelyn's mother. Her first appearance is "Sunburn". She is the doctor of Jasmine.

Teenage Years[]
Felicia was the smartest girl in her class. She meet Heinz in Tokyo High School and fell in love with him. She became Heinz's girlfriend, but it ended when she saw Heinz dating another girl and say "I wish I could break up to Felicia". She was hurt and she cried. She told this to her parents, which makes her father want to punch Heinz in the eye.
Adult Years[]
Felicia graduated college in Danvillle. She married John in the 1990s and had a daughter name Juliana. Five years later, she gave birth to the youngest daughter named Evelyn. She became a dermatologist. She is also the doctor of Jasmine.

Juliana is the daughter of Felicia. Felicia makes sure that her daughter won't hang out witu abnormal girls, especially Candace. There are not close to each other; they just only talk about abnormal people.
Linda Flynn-Fletcher[]
Linda is Felicia's best friend since college. They appeared together once just talking about Lawrence.
Candace Flynn[]
Felicia doesn't like Candace. She thinks Candace is abnormal, so she wants Candace to stay away from Juliana. But it is revealed that Candace is not stupid; all she wants is to bust her brothers.
