Despicable Doof

Doof tries to steal the Tri-State Area model which is made of foam, but it is made of all wood and brick and metal.

When he grows up he is like Gru. He tries to take over the Tri-State Area but fails. Then he is foiled by Professor Poofenplotz who steals it. He is now forced to take care of three children: Phineas, Ferb, and Candace.
