The Terran Empire Insignia
In this universe, earth is the Terran Empire's control center, aliens are conquered quickly and brutally, Emperor Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the ruler, and Meap and his species (nicknamed "Species 1") have not yet succumbed to the will of the Terran Empire. Children are indoctrinated in the evil ways of Heinz Doofenshmirtz to grow up and become part of its military or to contribute in some other way to the empire itself. This empire is an allusion to a parallel universe in Star Trek (Original Series), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Enterprise.
