Jeremy gets fired from Mr. Slushy Burger and gets a new job at the toy factory. They're making the Candace Talking Plush doll. The real Candace learns this, and blames it on Phineas and Ferb. Meanwhile Doofenschmirtz is trying to get rid of all toys.
