Blynx The Cockatiel is supposed to be a Phineas and Ferb version of Blinx The Cat/Time Sweeper. Ironically, she is in a group called the "Time Sweepers". She first appears in a movie, "The O.W.C.A: The Movie".

How she was introduced into the series[]
Blynx The Cockatiel, also known as Blynx The Time Sweeper, is the leader of the group of parrots in the group "Time Sweepers". The Time Sweepers have to shoot trash at time monsters with overly powerful vaccumm cleaners. Time monsters give off Time Crystals, which lets the time sweepers either pause, rewind, fast forward, slow down or record time if 3 of the correct crystal are collected. However, they can only have 3 time controls at a time. When the Time Sweepers are made to work with the O.W.C.A to fight against time-controlling robots and clones, she falls in forbidden love with Perry the Platypus. At the end of the film, they meet again in "Time Controllers", then Perry falls in love with her too.
